All prices on Livasta are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). The full breakdown is displayed on the listing and again on the checkout screen before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
1. What a guest pays (per booking)
The total shown before you pay is made up of:
- Nightly rate — set by the host, multiplied by the number of nights.
- Cleaning fee — a one-time fee charged by some hosts (shown on the listing where applicable).
- Livasta service fee — a minimal platform service fee on the booking subtotal (helps run Livasta, provide 24/7 guest support, and secure payments).
2. What a host is charged
Livasta operates on a transparent, plan-based hosting structure. Hosts pay fees to Livasta on the basis of their selected hosting plan:
- Plan Service Fees — A recurring platform service fee associated with the host's selected tier (available on monthly or annual billing). Full details of plan features and applicable fees are clearly displayed on the host dashboard and plan selection screen prior to activation or upgrade.
- Booking Service Fees — A platform service fee applied to confirmed reservations, determined in accordance with the host's active plan. The net balance represents the host payout.
Host payouts are settled directly to the host's registered bank account per Livasta's payout schedule, after deduction of applicable service fees and any statutory taxes required to be withheld under law (such as TDS/TCS under Indian tax regulations).
3. Payments
- Payments are collected securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking, wallets as available).
- A booking or subscription is confirmed only after successful payment.
- Livasta does not store your full card details.
4. Taxes
LIV ASTA does not currently charge GST on bookings. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay. If any statutory tax becomes applicable in future, it will be shown separately at checkout and charged in accordance with the prevailing law at that time.
5. Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.
6. Changes
Fees and plan prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to a booking or subscription is the one shown at the time of that purchase.
