Hi, my booking was cancelled 5 days ago and I still don't see the $261 refund on my card. Can someone check?
Hi Dan — checked with our payment provider: the refund was issued on the 16th and typically lands within 5–7 business days. I've flagged it for priority tracing and will update you today.
